Who We Are

TurnRow Agronomy was founded by farmers, for farmers, with one goal: to deliver products that work in the field, not just on paper. From nitrogen stabilizers to amino acid-based nutrient tools, every solution we offer is grounded in proven science and validated by real-world experience.

Our leadership team brings together five generations of farming, decades of global ag sales, and deep, dirt-under-the-fingernails perspective. We meet growers where they are—at their houses, in their shops, or at the turnrow itself—with products and insights that solve real problems. No one-size-fits-all programs. No snake oil. Just better inputs, better support, and better results.

Whether you’re running thousands of acres or walking behind a sprayer tank, we’re here to help you make every pass count.

Our Team

  • Joel Aycock has strong roots in agriculture. The product of five generations of farmers, Joel recalls walking hundreds of cotton fields, marveling at the mechanization of agricultural equipment, and picking up adjuvant bottles off the bottling line and putting them in their respective boxes in true grassroots fashion. These experiences have primed him to serve new and tenured growers alike, meeting them at their houses, shops, and even at the turnrow.

  • Born in La Paz, Bolivia, Marcelo Balderrama possesses an unrivaled agricultural background. He was immersed in the farming industry by chance, starting off as a farm manager for one of his colleagues in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. It was there that he refined his craft, becoming an expert in all facets of agriculture while also developing his managerial skill set. After many years managing a vast amount of farmland, Marcelo became an entrepreneur, selling products across South America. For the past three decades, he has devoted his career to selling agricultural products—focusing on innovative sales techniques and high-quality offerings that assist farmers all over the world.

  • Agriculture is second nature to Global Sales Manager Ryan Lancaster. Raised in the Missouri Bootheel, Ryan spent a large portion of his childhood working on a farm. The early agricultural experiences ignited a passion for the industry, which he embraced by pursuing a degree in agronomy from the University of Missouri. Since earning his degree, Ryan has amassed nearly two decades of experience in agricultural sales. He is an expert in his craft, prioritizing growers with a holistic approach and steering clear of the one-size-fits-all mentality adopted by many of his contemporaries.
